Recreational Gymnastics
Participants in our recreational program will improve their strength, flexibility and balance in a high energy and fun filled environment. In addition to enhancing athletic development, this program provides a great opportunity for personal and social development including fostering new friendships.
All classes are 1 hour.
Gymstars
4.5 to 16 years of age
In this recreational program for boys and girls there is always a high level of emphasis on fun, fitness, and gymnastics skill building. Participants will increase their coordination and agility while they explore our equipment in a structured one hour class.
Trampoline
8+ years
Participants will learn the safe and fun aspects of trampoline while our certified coaches help them work through various progressions to learn new skills.
Registration / Insurance Fee
As a Gymnastics Ontario member, all members must pay a yearly $45.00 GO insurance fee. This fee is valid from July 1 to June 30 and must be renewed every year. You will be required to pay the fee per participant upon registration of any class that starts after July 1. This fee is non-refundable.
